Perspective shapes everything.  What you say, how you act or react, and even what you do, is all shaped by your perspective on any given situation.  Your beliefs, governed by what you know, dictate your actions, even if they are incomplete or wavering beliefs.  You will respond to any situation based on what you know and how you perceive it.

We are all familiar with the common saying: “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.”  The only way to make lemonade is to have some knowledge of the process.  In other words, you have to broaden your perspective.  To broaden your perspective, you’ve got to be willing to learn something new.  Learn the process of making lemonade.  Learn what the lemon is.  What’s inside of it?  What is its outer core made of?

Shape your perspective by learning your situation.  The more you know, the better you will be prepared.  And, the better prepared you are, the better your opportunities for success will be.
